Thank you for ordering at our online shop. Nevertheless if you are not happy or satisfied with any product, you have the chance to return it at your own expense within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.
Please make sure you follow the instructions:
1. Pack the article + filled out return form, in case it doesn't come with your order, you can download it here
2. Send the insured package with a delivery service of your choice and at your own expense to

3. The goods will be refunded to your account after your return has been processed. Meanwhile, please keep the tracking number of the parcel service.
The terms for the return is that:
the products were only tried to check the right size, but they must not have been used or laundered the product is complete (including all labels).
