We ship all our orders with DHL.

DHL will attempt delivery up to two times. If you cannot accept the shipment, the package will be stored at your next post office for up to 7 business days, after which it will be returned to us.

Shipping Costs (Minimum order value: 20€)

Germany:
Orders over 20€: free

European Union:
Orders under 200€: 10€
Orders over 200€: free

Europe:
Orders under 200€: 15€
Orders over 200€: free

International:
Orders under 450€: 30€
Orders over 450€: free

Shipping to non-EU countries:
For countries like Greenland or Norway we prepare an invoice without VAT. Our prices in our online store include the 19% VAT and the VAT will be deducted in the shopping basket. You have to pay local tax and duty while importing. Those are raised by the responsible customs office. For further information, please contact your responsible customs office.

Due to the pandemic situation and its effects on shipping, we decided to temporarily not ship to Ukraine, Japan, Thailand, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Russia. Thanks for your understanding.

Delivery Times
GERMANY: 1 - 2 business days.
EUROPE:  3 - 6 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: 5 - 10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. In this e-mail, you will find the DHL tracking number. The link www.dhl.de will take you directly to the shipment tracking.
