If you are returning an order from Germany and wish to receive a return shipping label, please use our Returns Portal. If you use the Returns Portal, filling out this form is not required.
International Returns & Formal Withdrawal
For all returns from outside of Germany: please use this form to register your return or to formally declare your withdrawal from the contract.
Please note: This form does not generate a prepaid return shipping label.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please return the goods to us independently afterward. Full details can be found in our Refund Policy.
Please register your return using the order number from your confirmation email (starting with 2xxxx).
Note: It must be the same email address
which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
