Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the item(s) within 14 days from the date you received your order — without giving any reason. 

You can initiate the withdrawal process here.


1. Return Procedure
You may return your items either by using:

Option A: our returns portal for our customers in Germany (see below);
Option B: a shipping provider of your choice, at your own expense and risk.

We kindly ask you to include the delivery note or a completed return form in the package (download here).

2. Voluntary Returns Portal (Germany only)
As a free service for customers within Germany we provide a returns portal that allows you to generate a prepaid return label.

Please note: The free return service is only available for returns from Germany. We do not reimburse shipping fees incurred without the use of our returns portal. For returns from all other countries, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and logistics. 

3. Refund Process
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please retain the shipping/tracking receipt until your return is confirmed. 
Please note: If you return part of your order and the remaining order value falls below the applicable threshold for free shipping in your region (e.g. €125 for Germany, €250 for EU, €500 for non-EU),
we reserve the right to deduct the originally waived shipping fee from your refund.

4. Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All labels and original packaging must be intact. Items may only have been tried on to check fit.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us before sending it back: contact@wemotoclothing.com

6. Returns from Outside the EU
If returning from a non-EU country, you must:
Attach a CN-23 customs declaration;
Declare the contents as "Returned Goods" (to avoid import duties);
Mark the shipment clearly as a return on the parcel.

We recommend insured shipping with tracking. Returns without proper customs documents may be delayed or rejected.

7. Specific Note for Swiss Customers
For returns from Switzerland, please use the official Swiss Post returns service to fill in the CN-23 documents online. This helps avoid import fees. If in doubt, contact us before sending your parcel.

8. Legal Withdrawal Information (for EU customers)
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Wemoto GmbH, Nassaustraße 25, 65719 Hofheim am Taunus, Germany, contact@wemotoclothing.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically complete and submit your withdrawal using our online Withdrawal Portal, which is accessible at any time via the clearly visible "Initiate withdrawal" button (or the respective link in the footer of our website). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
