What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our recent products in the dropdown menu "Show measurements".

Can I cancel or change my order?
We completely understand, we change our minds too! If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, it might be possible to cancel or change your order including your adress. Just message us directly in the chat at the bottom right with your order number and your request.
Once the shipping confirmation is sent, the order can no longer be altered or canceled.
Please note that return shipping will be at your own cost.
Which payment methods can i use?
At the moment we accept the following payment methods: Amazon, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, SOFORT, Union Pay and Visa.
Shipping
The minimum order value is 20€. We use DPD and DHL for all orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany:
Orders over 20€: free
European Union (EU):
Orders under 200€: 10€
Orders over 200€: free
International:
Orders under 450€: 30€
Orders over 450€: free
How long does shipping take?
Germany: 1 - 2 business days.
European Union (EU): 3 - 6 business days.
International: 5 - 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery time may vary due to the relevant customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
I want to return a product, how to continue?
Thank you for ordering at our shop. Nevertheless, if you are not happy or satisfied with a product, you have the chance to return it at your own expense within fourteen (14) days after the delivery date.
Please make sure you follow the instructions:
Pack the article and choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Download and fill out the return form (Download it here)
Option 2: Leave your delivery note in the package and mark the returning products
Send it as an insured package with a delivery service of your choice and at your own expense to:

The goods will be refunded to your account after your return has been processed. Meanwhile, please keep the tracking number of the parcel service.
What are the terms for a return?
The products were only tried on to check the right size, but they must not have been used or laundered until the product is complete (including all labels).
I received an incorrect / defective product, what should i do?
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please send us an e-mail to contact@wemotoclothing.com before you send it back to us.
Please include the order number and pictures, if defective.
