Parcel Service

We ship all our orders with DHL or DPD.

DHL/DPD will attempt delivery up to two times. If you cannot accept the shipment, the package will be stored at your nearest post office for up to 7 business days, after which it will be returned to us.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

You may have to pay local taxes and duties while importing. These are imposed by the responsible customs office. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Due to issues with the shipping carrier, shipping to some non-EU countries is currently on hold. We are actively working to resolve the issue and resume shipping as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.


Delivery Times

  • GERMANY: 1 - 2 business days
  • EUROPE: 3 - 6 business days
  • INTERNATIONAL: 5 - 10 business days (Delivery time may vary due to customs processing)

The stated delivery times are standard lead times. Deviations may occur and are beyond our control.

DHL Packstation

We are happy to ship your order to a DHL Packstation of your choice. Please enter the Packstation data as follows to help us deliver correctly:

  • Enter your personal 6-9 digit post number in the "Company" field
  • Enter "Packstation" and the corresponding Packstation number in the "Address" field
  • Enter the corresponding city and postal code of the Packstation

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL / DPD tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the DHL / DPD website.
